About the role

The Branch Head leads the Branch Banking Group (BBG) Business Unit, overseeing profitability, marketing, operations and administration of the branch. This senior position builds long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients while gathering market intelligence to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify client needs and promote appropriate bank products and services to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Oversee all branch functions, including administration, control, compliance, and service delivery.
  • Ensure branch staff adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Gather market feedback, monitor competition and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5‑10 years of managerial experience in branch banking, marketing or operations.
  • Proven track record in achieving financial targets and managing teams.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, credit services and market dynamics.
