Branch Head

About the role

The Branch Head leads the branch to achieve profitability, drive marketing initiatives, and ensure excellent customer service. This position is responsible for overall branch performance, building long‑term client relationships, and supporting the bank’s mission in the Tublay, Benguet area.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and recommend suitable banking products and services to meet fund generation, credit, and profitability targets.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including over‑the‑counter services and ATM management.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (four‑year or five‑year program).
• Minimum of 5 years experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Strong managerial capabilities and ability to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area (Tublay, Benguet).
