BPO Trainer – Onsite Instructor for Customer Service

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking an experienced BPO Trainer to deliver instructor‑led training for customer service agents. You will design and facilitate engaging learning experiences, both in‑person and virtually, while collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training (ILT) sessions on‑site and remotely.
• Create training schedules and detailed lesson plans.
• Partner with stakeholders to design and administer learning assessments and evaluations.
• Apply innovative instructional methods to achieve learning objectives.
• Foster an engaging, supportive, and effective learning environment.
• Coach trainees, provide feedback, and monitor progress toward performance standards.
• Stay current with best practices and emerging learning methodologies.
• Analyze training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong facilitation skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Previous team‑lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
