BPO Trainer

About the role

This training position focuses on delivering engaging and interactive learning experiences within a contact‑center environment. You will manage day‑to‑day training activities, develop and deliver sessions, and provide clear instruction and positive reinforcement to boost trainee confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Explain complex concepts in a simple, understandable way.
• Adapt training methods and materials to suit different learning styles.
• Organise and manage multiple training projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
• Deliver clear concepts through excellent verbal and written communication.
• Create an inclusive learning environment and handle diverse personalities.
• Evaluate training outcomes, provide constructive feedback, and adjust content based on assessment results.
• Collect, analyse, and summarise training data to generate comprehensive reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in voice or non‑voice BPO accounts.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office and familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training‑related software.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and curriculum development.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and onsite locations.
