BPO Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a BPO Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve training programs for our operations teams. The role supports multiple projects, ensuring staff have the skills and knowledge to meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Benchmark competitors and propose better solutions for clients and customers.
• Develop comprehensive training materials that clearly communicate project‑specific processes, tools, and procedures.
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand requirements and design training programs aligned with operational objectives.
• Deliver training sessions to enhance the quality and skills of the operations team.
• Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to foster professional growth.
• Design customized training programs that address client needs and business objectives.
• Offer training support across different projects to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Analyze training data, metrics and feedback to recommend improvements.
• Contribute to training‑related business plans and proposals supporting long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (2nd‑year undergrad accepted).
• Minimum 1 year experience as a trainer in the BPO industry.
• Background in both voice and non‑voice accounts; travel or insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software.
• Familiarity with content/knowledge‑management platforms is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with instructional design and curriculum development.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work onsite at McKinley, Taguig.
