BPO Trainer – GDS & Travel Experience

About the role

We are looking for a BPO Trainer with strong GDS and travel industry experience to join our team at TP Cebu IT Park. The trainer will design and deliver onboarding, product, and refresher training for new and existing agents, ensuring high performance across travel and hospitality services.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new‑hire, product, process and refresher training programs.
• Develop and update training materials, job aids and learning resources.
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify performance gaps.
• Assess trainee performance through evaluations, nesting support and certification activities.
• Partner with Operations, Quality and Leadership teams to drive performance improvement.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend learning interventions.
• Prepare training reports, completion metrics and stakeholder updates.
• Support client training requirements and process transitions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of trainer experience in a BPO environment.
• Prior experience supporting the Expedia account or similar OTA programs.
• Experience facilitating training for travel, hospitality or online travel agency accounts.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with learning management systems.
• Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and travel industry platforms.
