BPO Subject Trainer

About the role

ISTA Solutions is seeking an experienced BPO Subject Trainer to join its growing team in the Philippines. The trainer will design, deliver and support training programs that enable new hires and existing staff to achieve competency in account processes and maintain high performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions based on approved curricula and process guides.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and post‑training support to trainees.
• Assess trainee progress through competency‑focused units, activities and assessments.
• Document training materials, process maps, calibration logs and knowledge requirements.
• Maintain records of training sessions and create reference documentation.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience as a trainer within the BPO industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives.
• Willingness to work night shifts onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
