BPO Agent – Hotel Booking Assistant (Weekends OFF)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as BPO Agents supporting hotel bookings. The role involves handling customer inquiries through both voice and non‑voice channels, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Accurately record and update customer interactions in the internal system.
• Resolve issues and answer questions related to hotel reservations, policies, and procedures.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, company policies, and service standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• High school graduate or higher (college students welcome).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work onsite and attend on‑site interviews.
• Motivation to start or grow a career in a BPO environment.
