About the role
The BIM Modeller will support the C&S discipline by creating accurate BIM models and CAD drawings. Working under the Design Engineer and BIM/CAD Job Captain, you will ensure model integrity and coordinate design changes across disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- BIM modeling and CAD drafting for C&S discipline.
- Ensure construction document accuracy based on updated BIM models.
- Collaborate and coordinate design changes with other disciplines.
- Follow the Project BIM Execution Plan and organization BIM standards.
- Develop discipline‑specific BIM content and print drawing sets for reviews.
- Prepare models for BIM coordination meetings and export DWF/other formats.
Required profile
- High level of communication and good writing skills.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines' design changes.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD for drafting and detailing.
- Experience with Autodesk Navisworks for design review and collaboration.
