About the role
The Senior BIM Modeller (C&S) will create and maintain BIM models and CAD drawings for the civil & structural discipline. Working under the Design Engineer and BIM/CAD Job Captain, you will ensure model accuracy and support coordination across disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- Develop BIM models and detailed CAD drawings for C&S, adhering to the Project BIM Execution Plan.
- Collaborate with other disciplines to incorporate design changes and resolve model challenges.
- Prepare and print drawing sets, export DWF and other formats for internal and external collaboration.
- Lead the creation of discipline‑specific BIM content and support BIM coordination meetings.
Required profile
- Strong communication and writing skills to document design decisions.
- Ability to follow organizational BIM standards and development procedures.
- Proactive in coordinating design documentation using BIM tools.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting, detailing and drawing cleanup.
- Experience with Autodesk Navisworks for design review and collaboration.
