Billing and Collections Specialist (Proby)

About the role

The Billing and Collections Specialist (Proby) will support PwC engagement teams and clients by providing advice on accounting, financial reporting and strategic business issues. You will act as a key liaison to ensure accurate information exchange and help resolve complex operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on accounting and financial reporting standards.
• Support engagement teams with resource management, learning and development, and human capital initiatives.
• Handle, manipulate and analyse data responsibly while following risk‑management and compliance procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of developments in the finance and accounting domain.
• Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written materials.
• Build and maintain internal and external networks to enhance service delivery.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct in all activities.
