Bilingual Training Design Specialist (English/Spanish)

About the role

Dayforce is seeking a Bilingual Training Design Specialist to create and maintain digital learning content for its MyPath platform. You will design engaging, on‑the‑job training experiences for internal and external users in both English and Spanish, supporting North American business hours from the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain standardized training content across all Dayforce modules.
• Modernize existing materials into scalable, reusable learning assets.
• Create software simulations, instructional videos, and process documentation using AI‑powered tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to keep content accurate and aligned with product updates.
• Support customer content deployment, manage MyPath requests, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex software concepts into clear, user‑friendly training.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Interest in AI technologies and willingness to leverage AI tools for content development.

Required skills

• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate or similar.
• Familiarity with AI content‑generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Experience creating software simulations and instructional videos.
• Knowledge of Dayforce or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
