Bilingual Recruiter (Insurance Sector)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑oriented Bilingual Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for our Manila office in the insurance and financial services sector. This 12‑month contract role will partner with hiring managers to attract Mandarin‑ and Cantonese‑speaking professionals and ensure a high‑quality pipeline of candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from planning and sourcing to screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Leverage LinkedIn, local job boards and professional networks to identify bilingual talent.
• Conduct language assessments in Mandarin and Cantonese to evaluate cultural and professional fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and handle contract administration.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in insurance or finance.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine business etiquette and employment practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and multitasking abilities.
