BFSI Trainer – Full‑time, On‑site in Metro Manila

About the role

FastRising is looking for a full‑time Trainer to join its on‑site team in Metro Manila. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that empower professionals working in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
• Develop and curate training materials tailored to the BFSI sector.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and classroom sessions.
• Monitor participant progress and evaluate learning outcomes.
• Provide mentorship and assess competency development.
• Ensure training aligns with organizational goals and industry standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of BFSI terminology, practices, and trends.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Training & Development, or a related field.
• Prior experience in BFSI training is a plus; relevant certifications are a bonus.
