About the role
Join Fairmont Makati, a premier luxury hotel, as a Barista delivering high‑quality beverage service to discerning guests. You will be responsible for preparing orders promptly, maintaining bar standards, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout the dining journey.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare guests' beverage and food orders quickly and accurately according to Fairmont standards.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, equipment, and inventory levels during service.
- Monitor and replenish supplies, track shortages, and place requisitions as needed.
- Ensure all bar operations comply with hotel policies and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Barista, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on prompt, courteous guest service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and POS systems such as Micros.
