Barista – Customer Service & Drink Preparation

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team and deliver a memorable beverage experience to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing a wide range of drinks, educating guests about our menu, and ensuring a clean and safe service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their preferences, and provide menu guidance.
• Prepare and serve drinks such as milk tea, fruit tea, fresh tea, latte, coffee, juice, chocolate, slush, and other specialty beverages following standardized recipes.
• Process orders and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock supplies, and keep the bar area tidy.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment, perform routine maintenance, and report any issues.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collect customer feedback and suggest menu improvements to management.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑year Food & Beverage program or a senior high school graduate with NCII certification.
• At least one year of experience in a casual dine‑in restaurant, fast‑food outlet, or coffee shop is preferred, though fresh graduates with on‑the‑job training are also considered.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Visible tattoos are allowed if they can be concealed.
