About the role
The Service Associate (Bank Teller) provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver error‑free transaction processing and maintain standard service turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with BSP, AMLA, and other external regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risk areas by applying bank policies and procedures.
- Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
- Engage clients professionally to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Perform delegated administrative functions in an organized manner.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to handle complex situations, make efficient decisions, and manage time effectively.
- Strong monitoring and controlling skills with a heightened sense of security awareness.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
