Back Office Hotel Booking Agent – Chat & Email Support

About the role

We are expanding our Hotel Reservation Team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide chat and email support for hotel bookings. This entry‑level position offers a supportive environment where you can develop your customer service skills while assisting travelers with their accommodation needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via chat and email with hotel bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and general inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on room availability, pricing, and hotel policies.
• Maintain high customer service standards in every interaction.
• Update customer records and reservation details in the internal system.
• Follow internal guidelines to ensure quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Completed High School (K‑12 or old curriculum).
• At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Solid computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work onsite on shifting schedules, Monday‑Friday (weekends off).
