Back Office CSR – Healthcare Account with 21K Signing Bonus

About the role

ISTA Solutions is seeking a Back Office Customer Service Representative to join its Healthcare Account team. The role involves direct interaction with patients and insurance providers to resolve billing issues while delivering empathetic service.

Key responsibilities

• Contact patients via phone, email, or mail to discuss outstanding balances and answer billing questions.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to resolve claim denials, rejections, or discrepancies.
• Establish and negotiate payment plans based on patient financial situations and company policies.
• Confirm and update patient demographic and insurance information for accurate billing.
• Maintain detailed records of communications, payment arrangements, and collection actions.
• Stay current on healthcare billing regulations, compliance requirements, and privacy laws such as HIPAA.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a BPO voice account (inbound and outbound).
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Willingness to work night shifts onsite at Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong.
