B2B Telemarketer & Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to generate qualified business appointments for a U.S.-based commercial insurance client. The position is fully remote and requires outbound calling to business decision‑makers during U.S. (Texas) business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls using provided lead lists.
• Introduce commercial insurance services clearly and professionally.
• Engage with owners, managers and other decision‑makers to assess interest and needs.
• Qualify prospects according to client‑specific criteria.
• Schedule appointments, consultations or follow‑up calls for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes and lead status.
• Follow call scripts while keeping conversations natural.
• Handle objections and rejections with patience.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for call volume, contact rate and appointments booked.

Required profile

• Based in the Philippines and able to work remotely.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting or similar roles.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to business decision‑makers.
• Available full‑time during U.S. (Texas) business hours.
• Goal‑oriented, reliable, organized and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection, computer, headset and a quiet work environment.
