About the role

AccSource is looking for an experienced Australian Tax Accountant to join its finance team based in Makati, Philippines. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality accounting and tax services for Australian‑registered entities while supporting remote work arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize accounts and prepare accurate financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals.
• Perform balance‑sheet and general‑ledger reconciliations and maintain detailed reconciliation schedules.
• Prepare and lodge Australian Tax Office (ATO) tax returns across all entity types.
• Ensure full compliance with ATO regulations and produce supporting schedules.
• Develop and maintain working papers and documentation for audit readiness.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in Australian accounting and taxation.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards.
