Auditor – Internal Audit

About the role

The Auditor will support the development and execution of the internal audit plan, applying a risk‑based approach to evaluate the company’s financial, operational and compliance activities. This position is based in Mankayan, Benguet and reports to the audit manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating the internal audit plan.
• Conduct risk‑based audits covering financial, operational, compliance and other risk areas such as environmental and occupational health and safety.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to enhance internal controls, governance and risk management.
• Prepare and issue Non‑compliance Reports (NCR) and comprehensive audit reports to auditees and process owners.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and follow up on previous audit findings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any Engineering discipline.
• Professional certification: CPA, CIA, or Licensed Engineer.
• Minimum of 1 year of audit experience.
• Willingness to be assigned to Mankayan, Benguet.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 or environmental management system audit practices (desired).
• Proficiency in conducting financial, operational and compliance audits.
