Auditor – Financial Reporting & Controls

About the role

Globe is seeking a dedicated Auditor to support the Chief Audit Executive and Centre of Excellence heads in delivering independent, objective assurance over the Group’s financial reporting, internal controls, regulatory compliance and related‑party transactions. The role contributes to audit quality, external auditor independence and the overall governance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct independent audits and reviews in line with International Internal Audit Standards, the IA Charter and operational manuals.
• Provide consultative advice on internal controls, risk management and regulatory compliance to business units.
• Collaborate with internal audit team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Support oversight of external auditors and ensure alignment with Globe’s audit objectives.
• Execute special projects or initiatives as directed by the CAE or senior management.
• Utilise data analytics and AI tools to enhance audit efficiency and insight.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial reporting processes and internal control frameworks.
• Experience in conducting audits within large, diversified organisations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to delivering audit findings within agreed timelines.
