About the role
The Audit Manager will direct internal audit activities, strengthen control environments, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, manage risk exposure, and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead internal audits across all business units to assess effectiveness of processes.
- Strengthen internal controls by identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage and monitor risk factors, providing insights to senior management.
- Drive improvement initiatives based on audit findings and best practices.
Required profile
- Proven ability to lead internal audit engagements and manage audit teams.
- Strong understanding of control frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Experience in risk assessment and implementing improvement actions.
