Audit Assistant

About the role

As an Audit Assistant you will support the bank’s internal audit function, helping to evaluate and improve risk management, internal controls, and governance processes. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing internal audits across various departments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management and internal control systems.
• Participate in fieldwork to gather, verify, and document audit evidence.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with senior auditors to recommend improvements and solutions.

Required profile

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Internal Audit, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Willingness to be assigned to Makati City or Dagupan City and to conduct fieldwork.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
