About the role
The Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP) is seeking an Attorney III to provide legal support for its regulatory and enforcement functions. This position offers the opportunity to work within a government agency focused on the construction sector, applying legal expertise to real‑world industry issues.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis on construction‑related statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, memoranda, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to CIAP management and staff on compliance matters.
- Assist in the preparation of legal opinions, pleadings, and reports.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution processes as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Law degree.
- At least one (1) year of relevant legal work experience.
- Eligibility under RA 1080 (Bar admission).
- Completion of at least four (4) hours of relevant training.
Required skills
- Legal research and analysis.
- Contract drafting and review.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
