Associate Webcast Producer

About the role

The Associate Webcast Producer is the primary point‑of‑contact for live webcasts, recordings, and live trainings across Notified Streaming Products. You will ensure smooth production, support clients during sessions, and handle post‑event media processing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead live production of webcasts, recordings, and trainings, acting as the main client liaison.
• Stay current with all Notified streaming platforms and apply appropriate workflows for each client session.
• Collaborate with Webcast Managers to fulfill client requests and troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
• Escalate problems accurately when needed and provide high‑level customer support during live events.
• Process and deliver webcast media according to client specifications after each event.
• Provide detailed status feedback for ongoing and completed events.
• Assist with configuration projects and other ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1‑2 years of experience in webcasting, video production, or creative content production.
• At least one year of project coordination experience is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
