Associate Technical Project Manager – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

RightCrowd is seeking an Associate Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of enterprise customer implementations in a remote capacity from the Philippines. This entry‑level position works closely with senior technical project managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of global SaaS customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing project timelines, task lists and action items across one or more implementation projects.
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and hand‑over.
• Track milestones, flag risks and dependencies, and escalate issues to senior team members.
• Maintain and update project plans, status reports and change‑request logs under guidance of the lead TPM.
• Participate in customer meetings, take notes, prepare summaries and follow up on action items.
• Collaborate with implementation engineers, solution architects, QA and customer‑success teams to coordinate deliverables.
• Keep accurate records in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project and follow established Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
