Associate Producer

About the role

The Associate Producer will ensure that all production requirements are met and delivered on time. This role works closely with creative, technical, and on‑camera teams to bring projects from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfill and guarantee delivery of all production requirements.
• Supervise creative, technical, wardrobe, makeup, production design, and multimedia aspects.
• Coordinate needs and requirements with internal departments and external partners.
• Support other producers, supervisors, and managers within the production team.
• Process payments, permits, reports, and other essential documentation.
• Oversee and monitor shoots, shows, events, and related projects.
• Assist in managing and training on‑camera talent and team members.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in entertainment production, media, live events, or streaming.
• Strong knowledge of various production and streaming processes.
• Leadership abilities and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
