Associate Lawyer – Subic Office

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Associate Lawyer to join our Subic office. The successful candidate will provide legal advice, conduct research, draft and review documents, and represent clients in various proceedings while collaborating with senior teams on complex matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and conduct thorough legal research.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in litigation, dispute resolution, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex cases.
• Stay updated on legal developments and ensure compliance.
• Manage case files, deadlines, and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing abilities.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
• Experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and case management.
• Knowledge of corporate services, intellectual property, tax, and employment law.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and client‑relation skills.
• Admission to the Philippine Bar with a valid practicing license.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a high‑pressure environment with high ethical standards.
