About the role
Custodio Acorda Sicam de Castro & Brillantes Law Offices, a Makati‑based firm, is looking for an Associate Lawyer to strengthen its litigation and dispute‑resolution practice. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing the successful candidate to split time between the office and remote work while contributing to the firm’s legal matters.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in litigation and dispute‑resolution matters, supporting senior lawyers in case preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft analytical memoranda to aid case strategy.
- Assist in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience specifically in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong written communication skills demonstrated through clear legal drafting.
- Strong oral communication skills for effective client and courtroom interaction.
- Excellent research abilities and analytical skills to evaluate complex legal issues.
