About the role
BCDC Law is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join its growing team in Pasig. The role is full‑time and hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while handling a variety of legal matters for startups and technology‑driven businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents for litigation, labor, intellectual property, and corporate matters.
- Conduct legal research and provide written analysis to support case strategy.
- Advise clients on legal risks, rights, and obligations.
- Perform due‑diligence reviews and assist in negotiations.
- Coordinate with courts, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely case progression.
Required profile
- Member of the Philippine Bar.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Interest in startups and technology‑driven businesses is a plus.
