About the role
Suarez & Narvasa is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join its Makati office. This full‑time position will support both corporate and litigation matters, working closely with partners and senior associates.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyze statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Draft pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and other documentation for corporate and litigation matters.
- Prepare case files, manage documentation, and assist partners throughout the transaction or litigation lifecycle.
- Attend client meetings, court hearings, and conferences, and liaise with regulatory agencies.
- Support case strategy development by reviewing relevant precedents and providing advisory input.
Required profile
- Strong legal research, analytical, and writing abilities.
- Familiarity with civil, criminal, or labor litigation is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
- No prior experience required; recent graduates are welcome.
