Associate Finance Controller

About the role

The Associate Finance Controller will support regional financial consolidation and reporting for a Global 500 multinational. You will work closely with local entities, finance teams and technology partners to ensure accurate OneStream reporting, balance‑sheet reconciliation and process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute consolidated OneStream reporting for L&S entities during period‑end close, ensuring 100% on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Perform pre‑checks of critical close items (OS intersection errors, IFRS16 lease posting, FA/Provision movements) and coordinate corrective actions with entity users.
• Manage balance‑sheet reconciliation, substantiation and exposure assessment for predefined GL accounts at the regional level.
• Monitor reconciliation quality, provide exposure visibility to leadership, and drive closure of aged items.
• Act as regional single point of contact to identify and implement standardisation and automation opportunities across ATR processes.
• Collaborate with FPO/PPO/Tech teams to enhance automation solutions such as SGA accruals, OS reporting and balance‑sheet reconciliation.
• Support area ATR teams during tax, transfer‑pricing and other statutory audits.
• Undertake ad‑hoc projects and assignments as directed by leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 5–6 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Highly analytical, adaptable and agile.
• Experience handling end‑to‑end accounting to reporting processes.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable is a plus.
• Willingness to work night‑shift schedules and overtime when required.
