Associate Counsel – Commercial, Disputes or Fintech

About the role
We are seeking qualified lawyers to join a fast‑growing e‑commerce platform in the Philippines. Depending on your experience and interests, you will be placed in one of three focus areas: commercial contracts, disputes & compliance, or fintech corporate matters.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate and advise on vendor, service, partnership, procurement, marketing and technology contracts.
- Handle labour and employment disputes, consumer complaints and regulatory compliance, representing the company before DOLE, NLRC and other tribunals.
- Provide legal guidance on digital payments, fintech, banking, financial services and data‑privacy regulations, supporting new product launches.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in the Philippines (Called to the Bar).
- Approximately 3–6 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably from a reputable law firm or in‑house team.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory abilities with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
