Associate Analyst, Supply Chain Planning

About the role

Analog Devices is hiring an Associate Analyst, Supply Chain Planning. The analyst manages parts or customers so that delivery metrics are met, monitors and drives on-time delivery performance, coordinates with internal teams and external partners to resolve supply issues, and communicates delivery status proactively to stakeholders. The role works closely with planning, manufacturing and logistics teams to fulfill customer commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and drive on-time delivery performance to meet customer commitments and delivery metrics.
• Manage parts and customer accounts, keeping customers informed of delivery status and updates.
• Analyze CRD and FCD gaps, constraint analysis, and drive forecast and supply reviews to reach program goals.
• Analyze and identify potential supply risks, resolve bottlenecks and constraints, and deep-dive into at-risk orders to find trends behind planned delivery lateness.
• Prepare root cause and corrective action summary reports in response to customer escalations.
• Respond clearly and timely to all queries from the customer team.
• Coordinate with planning, manufacturing and logistics teams to resolve supply issues and ensure customer commitments are fulfilled.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Production Engineering, or any supply chain, business, engineering or related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of equivalent work experience in semiconductor and electronics manufacturing or a similar industry.
• Industry certification or a good academic record is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, analytical and organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in project management; resourceful and assertive.

Required skills

• Good in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Documentation and report generation skills.
• Advantageous: knowledge of SAP, PROMIS or MES systems, Tableau and SQL.
