Associate Analyst, Supply Chain Planning

About the role

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor company, is hiring an Associate Analyst for its Supply Chain Planning function. The role provides critical analysis and reporting to support manufacturing, transport and logistics operations. It is based in the Philippines, with normal working hours and no required travel.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse inventory levels, material consumption and production data to identify trends and optimise supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports on materials management, covering forecasting, procurement and inventory control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve material-related issues and bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track materials performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Give input on materials planning, purchasing and logistics to improve operational effectiveness.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in a materials analysis or reporting role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL and business intelligence platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to turn complex data into actionable insights.
