Assistant Product Manager

About the role

Heinz Philippines is hiring an Assistant Product Manager in its Associate level, full-time position within the Western Taste Elevation Marketing team. The role co-leads innovation, activation, advertising and promotion for the Brand Marketing Plan and budget, develops and implements integrated marketing campaigns and new product launches, and co-owns the category P&L.

Key responsibilities

• Co-own the P&L (top line and bottom line) with GPM so that revenue, profit, market share and brand health KPIs are met.
• Manage brand budgets (total A&P) and track sales for SSEAHK priority markets (PH, TH, MY, SG, HK).
• Contribute to innovation strategies and assist in NPD launches from ideation to in-market launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams and supporting the sales team with localized launch plans and selling stories.
• Co-lead the regional brand strategy and annual marketing plan for the Heinz Western TE portfolio, based on consumer insights and the 6Ps of the marketing mix.
• Oversee paid digital and social media advertising, liaise with sales on BTL needs such as POSM artwork and sampling, and maintain the hygiene of KHC Meta social assets.
• Support the design of local brand marketing execution plans and take part in monthly commercial reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of progressive marketing experience, or a combination of sales and marketing experience; FMCG marketing experience is required and preferred.
• Experience leading and delivering multiple innovation and renovation projects.
• Experience working with creative agencies for briefings and content, and with media agencies for media planning and evaluation.
• Amenable to or experienced in a start-up-like environment, able to work independently and as a team.
