About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Nurse to support patient care in a clinical setting. The role involves assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and facilitating communication between patients, families, and the medical team.

Key responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and promptly report any changes.
Respond to patient call signals, document health observations, and ensure timely communication with charge nurses and physicians.
Support the coordination of care by liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Required profile

Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
Registered or licensed nurse status.
Strong interpersonal communication, patience, and physical stamina.
Attention to detail and ability to observe changes in patient condition.
Commitment to adhere to facility policies.
