Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will drive the success of in‑store product categories by creating and executing strategic promotions, merchandising activations, and campaigns. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role bridges merchandising, operations, and marketing to turn product strategies into high‑impact in‑store experiences that boost sales, foot traffic, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement category‑focused marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute in‑store activations and seasonal campaigns across all locations.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with merchandising, buying, and store operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Track sales, SKU performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in product marketing, category management, retail/trade marketing, or events activation.
• Proven track record in promo planning, in‑store activations, and retail campaign execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales tracking and ROI measurement.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
