Assistant Manager – New Business Development & Key Account Management

About the role

Disney Consumer Products in the Philippines is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead new business development and key account management for its licensing portfolio. The role will be based in Taguig City and will focus on driving revenue and profit growth across Disney‑owned franchises through consumer‑focused products and experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow assigned licensing categories and partner portfolios, meeting revenue, profitability and growth targets.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and whitespace across Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic franchises.
• Analyze consumer, market and industry data to spot trends, competitive dynamics and emerging technologies.
• Onboard and manage licensees, supporting the execution of category and franchise strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate market insights into commercially successful partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in business development or key account management.
• Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills, able to work across a complex organization.
• Proactive, collaborative and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
