Assistant Manager Design Management Architect

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Design Management Architect to support our Design Manager on project‑based assignments at Smile Residences in Bacolod. The role combines architectural design, consultant coordination and contract administration to ensure projects meet design standards, budgets and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, review and evaluate consultant deliverables across all planning and design phases.
• Manage contracts, billing and issuance for consultants assigned to each project.
• Lead design coordination meetings and conduct site inspections for architecture, engineering and landscape trades.
• Perform architectural design tasks and ensure technical coordination during planning and construction.
• Prepare reports, clarify design queries and verify compliance with budgets, company standards, permits and codes.
• Support design standardisation and maintain project documentation.
• Research material, construction trends and competitive innovations for the design team.

Required profile

• Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in design management is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and detail‑oriented skills; able to work independently or within a team.
