Assistant Manager, Brand Communications

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Brand Communications will support the execution of adidas' brand communication strategy in the Philippines. You will help amplify the brand’s presence across PR, social media, influencer partnerships and on‑ground activations, ensuring global campaigns resonate locally.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Communications Manager in planning and rolling out local PR, partner publishing, seeding, events and content production.
• Maintain the @adidasPH social‑media content calendar and coordinate with an agency Community Manager.
• Lead the creation and execution of always‑on TikTok content, livestreams and seasonal campaigns in partnership with the SEA Marketplace team and external agencies.
• Support adidas Runners Manila projects, liaising with global Runners counterparts and agency partners.
• Collaborate with the Omnichannel Manager and SEA Digital team to deliver assets on adidas.com and the app.
• Help execute membership activations that drive loyalty and repeat purchase.
• Oversee marketing and promo stock, manage internal approvals and agency relationships, and assist with finance reporting.

• Genuine interest in sports, fashion and lifestyle culture.
