About the role
The Assistant Finance Manager will lead SAP and BPC maintenance, drive automation of reporting, and ensure efficient consolidation of financial statements for our residential and leisure resorts business.
Key responsibilities
- Lead SAP and BPC maintenance, enhancements, and reporting automation.
- Approve SAP period openings/closings, manage GL and group accounts, and confirm segment assignments.
- Handle monthly/quarterly master‑data uploads, intercompany flat files, and launch BPC consolidation instances.
- Prepare quarterly RPT reports for submission to SMIC and external auditors.
- Analyze and document financial performance of the Consolidated Residential and Leisure Resorts unit against prior year and budget.
Required profile
- Graduate of BS Accountancy with CPA certification.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including external audit exposure.
- Experience in real‑estate companies and publicly‑listed entities is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of SAP‑BPC for consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, and statutory reporting.
- Familiarity with FPRS updates and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
