Asset Liability and Capital Management Officer (ALM Manager)

About the role

The Asset Liability and Capital Management Officer (ALM Manager) will be based in the BGC area and operate in a hybrid work setting. Reporting at the Assistant Vice President level, the role is responsible for overseeing the bank's ALCO reporting, Funds Transfer Pricing, liquidity monitoring, and ICAAP stress testing to ensure full compliance with BSP regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and presentation of ALCO reports to senior management.
• Manage Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) processes and analysis.
• Monitor liquidity positions and produce timely liquidity reports.
• Conduct ICAAP stress testing and report findings.
• Ensure all activities comply with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) guidelines.

Required profile

• Assistant Vice President (AVP) level with solid experience in asset‑liability management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead ALCO reporting and related analytical functions.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, particularly BSP compliance.
