Assembly Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Tanauan City. You will work on the production of high‑precision aerospace components, ensuring each part meets strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble aerospace components and sub‑assemblies according to 2D engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform manufacturing processes such as sonic welding, riveting, screwing, chemical bonding, press‑fitting and taping.
• Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance with aerospace standards.
• Handle tools, fixtures and materials safely while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
• Support production and continuous‑improvement activities to meet operational goals and delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of mechanical or manufacturing assembly processes.
• Ability to read and follow 2D drawings and work instructions.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork.
