About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Sales and Telemarketing Advisor to join our team in Cali. The role focuses on generating new business through phone outreach and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential clients via telephone to promote products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads, following up to convert them into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and report performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate client records in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.
Required profile
- Less than one year of experience in T&T (telemarketing) channels.
- Proactive attitude and strong personal presentation.
- Valid motorcycle and up‑to‑date documents (optional).
