Architect – Revit Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our work‑share team, supporting our UAE office while collaborating with our Architecture Design Group. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work from the office in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu City and from home.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with architects, engineers and designers to produce detailed documents and drawings that meet project briefs and specifications.
• Prepare and develop drawings, models, specifications, reports and other design documentation.
• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of technical and design documentation, including Revit model development.
• Collaborate with the Senior Architect/Design Manager to generate technical documentation for various projects.
• Oversee quality checks of design and technical documentation, including Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary checks.
• Mentor and upskill the design team on technical delivery and model development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and self‑review work before submission.
• Familiarity with regenerative design concepts and ESD principles.

Required skills

• High‑level proficiency in Revit (including rendering).
• Strong architectural detailing skills.
• Experience with Dynamo or Grasshopper for parametric design.
• Knowledge of ESD concepts and Revit plugins such as Insight.
• Competence in Revit clash detection and multidisciplinary model checks.
