Architect / Revit Modeler (Hybrid – Philippines)

About the role

GHD is seeking an experienced Architect/Revit Modeler to join a work‑share team supporting the UAE office while collaborating with the Architecture Design Group. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home and from one of our Philippine offices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers and designers to produce detailed construction documents and Revit models that meet project briefs and specifications.
• Prepare and develop drawings, 3‑D models, specifications, reports and other design documentation.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of technical and design documentation, including Revit model development and clash detection.
• Perform quality checks on project models and drawings for dimensional accuracy and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Mentor and up‑skill the design team on technical delivery and model development best practices.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of all design and technical documentation before submission.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant architectural and Revit experience.
• High proficiency in Revit; rendering in Revit is a plus.
• Strong background in architectural detailing and interior documentation (joinery, finishes).
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and self‑review work before hand‑over.
• Familiarity with regenerative design tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper and ESD concepts is advantageous.
