Architect & Revit Modeler (Hybrid, Philippines)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect/Revit Modeler to join our work‑share team supporting our UAE office. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home or from one of our Philippine offices in Makati, Quezon City or Cebu City.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, engineers and designers to produce detailed construction documents and Revit models that meet project briefs and specifications.
• Develop drawings, specifications, reports and other design documentation.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of technical and design documentation, including Revit model development and clash detection.
• Perform quality checks on models and drawings for dimensional accuracy and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on technical delivery and model development.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant architectural and BIM experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and self‑review work before submission.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, joinery and interior finishes.
• Familiarity with regenerative design tools and ESD concepts is a plus.
